DXCC is the flagship award of the American Radio Relay League: a hundred countries confirmed by QSL cards. On 160 meters only a few ever make it. In the list of former-USSR 160M DXCC holders, UG6GAW is second, right after the legendary UT5AB. He handwrites #144 on his cards as early as October 1984 and later prints it on the front of his EK6GC cards.
